To Sitges from Barcelona Airport:

  Use the metro to station 'El Prat de Llobregat' (just 1 station)
  Change platform (follow the signs) and use the green metro line (2) to Sitges

To Sitges from Reus Airport:

Bus via Barcelona:
  Take the Bus from Reus Airport to Barcelona Sants
  Change to the green metro line (2) leading you to Sitges

Bus and Train via Reus
  Take the Bus from Reus Aiport to Reus Station
  Take the Train to Vilanova i la Geltru and change to the local metro to Sitges

To Sitges from Girona Aiport:

Bus/Train:
   Take the Bus to Barcelona Center, Information here
  Use the metro (any train) from the station 'Arc de Triomf' to mainstation 'Sants'
  Change to the green metro line (2) leading you to Sitges

  Take a taxi from Girona Airport to Girona station
  Use a Train to Barcelona Sants
  Change to the green metro line (2) leading you to Sitges

Be aware when using the trains - not all the trains stop at Sitges! If you are unsure, ask other passengers!

There are also train connections to Barcelona via Paris, Strassbourg or Zurich existing, please check your local train company.
Also available are mototrain connections to Narbonne, southern France, located app. 280 km to the north of Sitges.
